Thanks for your desire to be baptized! Please take a few minutes to fill out the following form. You will be asked to write out a brief testimony. Please describe your life before you received Christ, how you came to faith in Christ and how your life is different after receiving Christ.
The pastors will review your application then then schedule a meeting with you. During that meeting we will review your testimony and ask you any relevant questions. Don’t worry, these meetings are usually a great encouragement! Though we would encourage you to do so, you do not have to share your testimony in a service in order to get baptized.
